Return Window
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• Item must be in new and unused condition
• Item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
How to Request a Return
All return requests must be submitted by email to support@redlightsystem.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, submit a return request by email to support@redlightsystem.com with your order number and an explanation of the reason for your exchange request. Once your return is approved and received, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@redlightsystem.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products carry a 2–3 year manufacturer warranty. Please refer to the individual product page for warranty details specific to your item.
