We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

How We Ship

Products ship directly from authorized manufacturer warehouses to ensure authenticity and quality. Orders containing multiple items may ship separately, each with its own tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@redlightsystem.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or cannot be located after being marked delivered, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@redlightsystem.com with your order number and photos where applicable.
